At what age can my child start?

At Magical Fiesta Studio, no child is too young to start their musical journey! We offer age-appropriate classes from newborns all the way up to 5 years old. Our sessions are specifically tailored to meet your child exactly where they are in their development.

How much does it cost?

The investment for each class is $35. This covers our high-quality educational experience, expert instruction, and the specialized instruments used during the session.

What are the studio’s behavioral policies?

To ensure a magical and focused environment for all our little ones, we kindly ask you to follow these "Studio Manners":

• Phone-Free Zone: Please keep cell phones silenced and tucked away. This is a special time to be 100% present with your child.

• No Interruptions: We aim to maintain the flow of the class to keep the children engaged and focused.

• No Food or Drinks: To keep our instruments clean and our studio safe (especially for those with allergies), we do not allow food or drinks inside the classroom (with the exception of bottles or nursing).

What happens in a class?

It’s a celebration of learning! While activities vary by age, most classes feature a mix of singing, playing instruments, dancing, movement, and storytelling. These activities are scientifically designed to strengthen physical and neural functions, social-emotional skills, and early literacy and math.

How is different from other music programs?

At Magical Fiesta Studio, we focus on interactive learning and the emotional bond between the child and their caregiver.

How long is each class and how many sessions per month?

• Duration: Every class is 45 minutes long.

• Frequency: We guarantee 4 classes per month. You can check our calendar page to see which weeks we are in session.

Will my child learn an instrument like piano or violin?

We focus on building a rock-solid musical foundation first. Research shows that mastering steady beats and motor skills is the best path for young children. Starting a "finger instrument" too early, while hands are still developing, can actually be counterproductive. We prepare the "Mozarts of the future" by making sure they love the music first!

My child has special needs. Can they participate?

Absolutely! We warmly welcome children with special needs and find they often thrive in the Kindermusik environment. Feel free to reach out to us privately to discuss how we can best support your child’s experience.

Do I need to attend class with my child?

Yes! You are your child's first and best teacher. Our classes are specifically designed to foster interaction between parent and child, strengthening that unique bond through music.

Can a grandparent or nanny bring my child?

Of course! We know parents are busier than ever. If a parent can't make it, a grandparent or nanny is more than welcome. We do suggest having the same person attend each week whenever possible to help the child feel comfortable with the routine.

What if my child doesn't participate in class?

Don't worry! Every child learns differently. A "quiet" child in class is often soaking everything up like a sponge. We constantly hear from parents whose children are shy in the studio but go home and perform every song and activity perfectly!

Why are Home Materials necessary?

The home is the most important learning environment. Our materials give you the tools to take the magic home with you, ensuring your child gets the full benefit of early exposure to music and movement all week long.
